Its hard to believe that the election is over. It seems as though the debate was only yesterday. Five weeks sure flies, doesn't it? I could not be more grateful for this course. I knew nothing about politics entering this course and I have learned so much throughout the last weeks. I have even found myself having intelligent conversations about politics with my friends and family, and trust me, that's new and different in my world...
I would not trade my experience with Gloria Kellum's office or the Newseum for anything. I had an opportunity to witness history being made in Oxford, at the University, and across the nation as we elected Barack Obama as our 44th President.
