Taiwan Smangus Aboriginals found NOT GUILTY

A while ago, myself and a friend completed a video assignment for our Masters course on the plight of three Smangus Aboriginal men who were charged with stealing a stump of a tree that had fallen across their only road out of the mountains during a typhoon.  In some excellent good news to start the year, Taiwan's Supreme Court has found them not guilty but it does mean that they will have to go back to the High Court again ...
