Associate Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will not retire before the 2012 elections:
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she has "a way to go" before leaving the bench.
"I was appointed at age 60, the same age that Louis Bidenz Brandeis was when he was appointed to the court," Ginsburg said at an event at George Washington University. "He stayed until he was 83. So I do have a way to go.”
