Rick Perry Shows Clear Signs Of A Presidential Run

Rick Perry is 'movin and a-shakin' as he proposes unfeasible idea after unfeasible idea seekings to position himself for a run for the Presidency in 2012.  Most recently he proposes and idea to let states individually "opt-out" of Social Security, which is lunacy on its face, completely unworkable or sustainable, but is sure to help his case with certain groups that don't really care all that much about policy.

Other ideas proposed by Perry are the repeal of the 16th and 17th amendments and the secession of Texas from the Union (which would probably hurt his Presidential aspirations, at least with regard to the United States).  Let's be frank, none of this will ever happen, but it is akin to what we will see from the GOP controlled House as they repeal all kinds of bills that will never be repealed in the Senate and if they were would be vetoed, but give a GOP majority something to complain about.
