Birmingham's WJOX sports radio personality Paul Finebaum has accepted a deal to take his show national on Sirius/XM satellite radio. The show should be available next week:
Pat Smith -- who, as director of the Paul Finebaum Radio Network, handled most of the negotiations with Sirius XM -- said the satellite network plans to use Finebaum's show to anchor its college sports package."They contacted me right after Alabama's national championship game and immediately wanted to pursue negotiations at landing us on the channel," Smith said.
"They are kind of revamping their whole college sports programming, and they wanted us to be a part of it."
