First Charity, then Secret Projects

Chinese agentofannexation philanthropist Chen Guangbiao (陳光標) has now left Taiwan following his impromptu and distasteful handing out of cash to Taiwanese charity tour of Taiwan.  On his way out the door he had this to say:

Chen said he would take good memories back to China and that he would return to Taiwan for a groundbreaking ceremony for a secret project in Hualien County in May after raising more funds.

Chen added that he would keep a lower profile when he visits next time.

I bet he will. Mission accomplished. In May he will no doubt reinforce the guanxi he just bought and Hualien gets to be the lucky county!!
